Types Of BOPP Laminated PP Bags
Description
We use Rotogravures reverse printing technology to do printing in the Bopp films, And our machine have the capacity to do printing up to 9 colors on the single Bag , Through our well qualified technical and graphical department we make the customized design which matches the customer products. And once the design if finalized then it goes for the engraving of cylinder as per the design are made then after the process of printing can be done.
Technical details of Cylinder.
Cylinders are very important for printing and for each color separate cylinder are engraved and all to gather prints an attractive and beautiful bags. Normally the cylinder expenses have to be borne by the customer and it remains always the customer’s property only.
There are two types of Cylinder Engraving ELECTRONIC ENGRAVING & CHEMICAL ENGRAVING Normally customer prefer for chemical engraving as it is cost effective but for very sharp printing quality electronic engraving is preferred and it is costlier and we also suggest our customers that which cylinder will be suitable as per the design.
We manufacture and supply custom designed PP woven bags and PP woven sacks for customized size, shape and colors as per customer’s required specifications. Moreover, we can produce up to 9 color printing on each side that make bags highly attractive.
